1.Basic Information

(1) Store name

The store name must be unique and can be changed once a year. No sensitive words involving governments, organizations or other sensitive words can be used.

(2) Shop main picture

The main picture of the store is simple and clear, and merchants need to prepare a picture that meets the size requirements.

(3) Store Description

Store description is mainly a simple introduction to the main products of the business, allowing consumers to have a general understanding of the store in a short period of time. Store description must be within xx words.

(4) Customer service phone number

Customer service phone number as a merchant store on the platform of the external official contact. Mainly for the platform side, consumer contact use. Merchants must ensure the authenticity of the contact number.

(5) E-mail

E-mail is mainly used for store registration and daily communication on the platform. The e-mail address must be a commonly used international e-mail address. If you need to change your email address, please contact the platform one month in advance.

2. Company Information

(1) Company Name

The company name must be the same as the name on the business license.

(2) Business license photo

The business license can be found in the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" and is within the operating period. The information has authenticity and validity.

-Photos of the original business license or the original copy of the business license can be provided, but no photocopy photos can be used.

The business license used for the registration of the merchant store, i.e. individual business license and enterprise legal person business license (including sole proprietorship, limited liability company, and sino-foreign equity joint venture).

-Business license must be within the business period, beyond the business period, the merchant store application will be rejected.

-Business license is in the state of business abnormality, the store store application will be rejected as well.

(3) Public account opening bank

Merchants need to clarify the store belongs to the company's public account opening bank, public account account name, public account account number accuracy, in order to follow up on the financial transactions.
